Shipping & Returns
Here's how your bars get to you, how we keep chocolate happy in warm weather, and what to do if anything shows up less than perfect.
Where we ship
We ship nationwide across the United States, including all 50 states. Enter your address at checkout and we'll get your Reggie! Bars headed your way.
Processing and dispatch time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier from our shop in Monterey, California. We aim to get every order out the door quickly, and you'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your box ships.
Shipping rates and free shipping
Shipping is free on orders over $45. Orders under that amount are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You'll always see the exact cost before you pay.
Warm-weather packing
Chocolate and heat don't get along, so we take extra care during the warmer months. When temperatures along your route call for it, we pack orders with insulation and cold packs to help your bars arrive solid and in good shape.
A couple of things that help on your end: try to be home when the package is due, and bring it inside promptly instead of letting it sit on a hot porch. If you're shipping to a warm climate, choosing a faster service at checkout gives your order less time in transit.
Returns and damages
Because the Reggie! Bar is food, we can't accept returns of opened or eaten product. That said, we want you to be happy with what shows up. If your order arrives damaged, or if the chocolate melted badly in transit, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Reach out within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a quick photo of the problem. That helps us sort it out fast and improve how we pack for your area.
Wrong or missing items
If something's missing from your box or you received the wrong item, let us know and we'll fix it. Keep your packing slip handy so we can match it to your order.
